Limit Alerts to only 1 per Candle Close

Currently, I get repeated alerts for the same indicator, for the same pair and on the same time frame, even in between candle close.
This has 2 problems.
First, it creates too many alerts which can be a distraction.
Second, the alerts sent repeatedly after candle close are invalid, as price may have moved in the opposite direction. This reduces confidence in the signals.
